They import one of the finest balsamic vinegars: Saporoso Balsamico Malpighi aged in oak casks for 6 year in the oldest acetaia in Modena. Their rich dark balsamic vinegar exudes notes of wild flowers and grass and sharpens the salted caramel with a balancing tartness.
